In celebration of its constitution golden jubilee Kuwait set a new world record for the largest ever fireworks display. I was among a group of photographers invited by the Kuwaiti Coast Guards to cover the display from the sea, which gave us a unique view of the whole display.

The video was shot with a Canon 5D Mark II with a Canon 50mm f/1.2 and Canon 100mm f/2.8 IS Macro. Edited with Final Cut Pro X, which after the latest update finally started to work nicely. I used CHV Repair FX 2 to clean the high ISO noise and to remove what looks like a dead pixel.
